BEFCO flail mowers and shredders are built for use in vineyards, orchards, and recreation areas such as schoolyards and parks. BEFCO flail mowers can be equipped with five different types of blades tailored to each operators needs. The different blade options make quick work of grass, grapevine shoots, saplings, and even tree prunings. Flail mowers may also be equipped with dethatching blades that will help rejuvenate your lawn and eliminate thatch stuck between the grass roots. All BEFCO flail mowers utilize gearboxes that are manufactured and assembled in-house using the best components on the market. Our belt driven transmissions are equipped with cast iron individually balanced pulleys. All rotors are electronically balanced and designed to perform with minimal vibrations.

H40-S Hurricane Flail Mowers - H40-S flail mowers are designed for all cat. 1 compact tractors ranging from 16 to 40 Hp and are available in mowing widths of 48", 60" and 72". They are the ideal machines for homeowners, landscapers, school complexes and small orchards that need to cut between the rows of trees. H40-S flails can be offset manually or hydraulically (optional) 16" to the right of the tractor to cover the tractor tires and mow closer to the tree trunks. The height adjustment roller of the H40-S can be mounted inside the cutting chamber so the flails keep the rotor clean a free from grass build-up. Five different blade options are available to tailor the machine to your exact needs.H70 Hurricane Flail Mowers - H70 flail mowers are designed for all cat. 1 & 2 tractors ranging from 30 to 70 Hp and are available in mowing widths of 60", 72" and 88". They are designed for recreational areas and roadside mowing. Cast iron rotor supports are designed and built in-house and assembled using spherical self-aligning bearings to keep the rotors free from vibrations. Five different blade options are available to tailor the machine to your exact needs.H90 Destroyer Flail Shredders - D90 flail shredders are designed for all cat. 1 & 2 tractors ranging from 40 to 90 Hp and are available in mowing widths of 60", 72" and 88". They are the ideal shredders for vineyards, orchards. The cast hammer type blades are designed to shred prunings up to 2" in diameter. Cast iron rotor supports are designed and built in-house and assembled using spherical self-aligning bearings to keep the rotors free from vibrations. All D90’s are equipped with a hydraulic cylinder that allows operator to offset the mower to the right of the tractor by 12" on D90-060 and 16" on D90-072 and D90-088 models. |
