Taylor Pittsburghs 4500 Series Box Blade is designed for grading and leveling jobs. The 233 Hinged Back Box Blade has the same features as the standard box blade with the addition of a hinged rear cutting edge to allow deeper penetration and to eliminate the buildup of soil between the cutting edges.

4500 Series Box Blades
Taylor Pittsburgh’s 4500 Series Box Blade is designed for grading and leveling jobs. The heavy duty upper frame, 17” 7 gauge formed moldboard, two ½” x 6” heat treated reversible cutting edges, " end plates with wear strip, and reinforced scarifier bar all add up to a box blade that is built to work. The Cat. I, 3-point straddle hitch is also Quick Hitch Compatible. They are recommended for tractors up to 50 HP.
233 Series Standard & Hinged Back Box Blades
Taylor Pittsburgh’s 233 Hinged Back Box Blade has the same features as the standard box blade. In addition, the rear cutting edge is hinged to allow deeper penetration and to eliminate the buildup of soil between the cutting edges. The end plates are ⅜" and the bracing front to back is ½".
